Removing Service

Removing a mailbox or domain can interrupt email and may permanently remove access to messages or credentials. Message Science asks you to confirm exactly what should be removed before the change begins.

Before removing a mailbox

• Export or move any messages you need to keep.
• Disconnect business tools that use the mailbox credentials.
• Confirm that no one still relies on the address.
• Save any billing or account records you need.

Before removing a domain

A domain can affect several mailboxes at once. Review every address on the domain, decide where future mail should go, and confirm who will manage the domain and DNS afterward.

If you only need to remove one mailbox, do not remove the whole domain.

Select the mailbox or domain in your account and review the confirmation carefully. If you are unsure what will be affected, contact Message Science before confirming.
